Stainless steel motherboard

In the production of electrolytic copper, the quality of starting plate produced by seed plate electrolytic cell directly affects the quality of cathode copper. The main feature of the stainless steel motherboard independently developed by our company is to replace the traditional titanium plate with reusable stainless steel motherboard. Peel the starting board from the stainless steel main board, then process or repair the main board, and return it to the production system for reuse.

The main board is made of stainless steel with a thickness of about 316L. The lifting lug is rectangular. The material is 99.99% cathode copper with a thickness of 2.5mm, which is welded (or riveted) on 316L main board. It has good conductivity. The three sides of the permanent motherboard are covered with PP strips, with a service life of up to 10 years. The edge of the starting plate produced by the motherboard is flat without notch or burr. The process is equipped with anode treatment device, residual  anode cleaning device, cathode cleaning device, special crane and other equipment. All aspects of production technology are better than traditional methods.
